Even though a lot of academicians suggested that students should sort out based on their academic background but the remaining are against it. However different people have a different mindsets. Nevertheless, from my perspective agree to a large extent that students should not be selected based on their academics. On the one hand, if an institute selects only excellent students then the urge to excel will raise up and thereby bring a competitive atmosphere. To be more specific, students are at the same level of academic ability in a class, and in turn, teachers can use the same methodologies of them all, thereby, they can increase the rapport between tutor and pupils. In this way, the narrower the spread of ability in the class, the more convenient the teaching can be. On the other hand, the Classification of students may create a negative impact despite if students are coming together they can learn different skills. To exemplify, if a student is brilliant in mathematics another pupil is good at English with cooperative study they can become good at both the subject thereby, they can increase their communication skill, leadership quality, face in public with no fear. Moreover, the helping mentality of a student can be boosted a lot. Consequently, in this way, everybody gets equal opportunity, and thereby they can excel in their interested field. To put this in a nutshell, I concluded that, the mixing of students helps them for the overall development.
