SOCCER STARS ARE OVERPAID

In sports, we have been aware of how much athletes are getting paid, especially in football. Although some critical experts see the player’s salaries as unethical and unrealistic, the truth is that this is a reasonable amount of money, mainly increased by the football federation. That is why I come to defend my position against the statement that soccer stars are overpaid. Now I am going to expose my two main arguments. The first argument is that soccer stars make soccer seem attractive to the public eye helping to improve the economic sector of a country. In other words, soccer is a business that has been increasing the international economy. That's why the salaries of soccer stars are fair because they are the principal characters of this sport. This was said by Juan Pablo Pachón, who is a soccer business. According to Pachón, leagues receive a high amount of money for the great demand and good management they have in the earnings of their television rights, advertising, and ticketing leading to economic growth. The second argument is that if the amount of money that received soccers stars will be necessary to their future arrangements. We should consider that a soccer star should pay several taxes and a high percentage to its representative. However, that could be easier if soccer stars could work out until they get old. It was established for these athletes an average age to know the number of years they can play. According to FIFA, the average age allowed for soccer stars to play in the World Cup is 36 years old. In sports, we have been aware of how much athletes are getting paid, especially in football so, we are certainly thinking about soccer stars that have been earning high salaries despite being overrated. Also, there is a good chance that those salaries will probably increase in the future. That is why I come to defend my position in favor of the statement that soccer stars are overpaid. Now I am going to expose my two main arguments.
