In overall, there are 8 steps to producing instant noodles. In the first steps, flour is being taken from the storage silos by trucks. Next, it is transported to the factory, and after being mixed with water and oil in the next operation, the mixture is moved by the rollers to become dough sheets. In the third phase, the dough sheets are cut in order to become dough strips, and they are formed into noodles discs by bent and knitted them. The fifth operation is to cook and dip these with oil. After cooking, a dryer dries them. The seventh step is to put cooked noodles discs into cups and filled them with vegetables and spices. Finally, labels are being stick on these cups and sealed after that.
As soon as the instant noodles are ready to leave the factory, they are transferred into boxes and transported to groceries.
