An increasing number of professionals, such as doctors and teachers, are leaving their own poorer countries to work in developed countries. What problems does this cause? What can be done to deal with this situation?

In such days, the amount of professionals has been rose and working in big city rather than small city. This essay will discuss what cause this problem and how can the government take more responsibility in this case. First of all, professionals job needed a sufficient equipment and better facilities to support their work. For instance, Doctors needed a labour, big machine and some equipment that they cannot found in suburb. Without it doctors could not do their job in the maximum effort and efficient whilst in the develop countries they can found things much more and get a better education too. Moreover, not only the amenities given by the government, but also the salary. The amount of salary in developed town are more seduce rather than suburb. Some of the professionals might need a big wages instead of volunteer themselves to help people. In my opinion, the best option to solve this problem is upon the government itself. The government should provides the same amount of facilities in small town and keep in track with them equally. Giving suburb an education is one of the best way to solve this problem, since the education level in poorer countries is low and It might help them to survive in such area and improving the villagers. It is important to guide them and focusing on their environment so that the countries could be developed. In conclusion, the government should look over small cities moreover rather than big cities owing to made the professionals improving suburb too.
