I am writing this letter to request you to reconsider the decision you have made to destroy the Museum building located in New York city. I am aware that you have ended up in this decision due to the lack of funds required to refurbish the premises. However, I would like to notice the importance of the same for the current generations. As a resident, I would like to tell you that this is the only place in our location which resembles the culture and tradition of America before World War 2. Moreover, it has a number of important historical items which are priceless at this time period. In addition to that, I would like to give some suggestions to raise finance for the renovation of the Museum. Firstly, arrange tickets for the visitors and secondly, sell replicas of some monuments or certain art items present in the museum. As a History student, I am willing to do volunteer work for the same and I can arrange more students from the same department. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance in this matter.
