Some other contries’ products are more affordable and practical than domestic products. People are likely to buy abroad goods and aviod buying local goods. These goods can not only increase people’s living quality, but also save more money. So this is a crucial effect for people’s living quality. In addition to this, abroad products can also boost progress of domestic goods. Many domestic companies are forced to improve their goods’ quality and price so that consumers can buy their products. So products made in other countries tend to affect condition of domestic company goods. It can make local company growth more rapidly. However, there are also some defects. One of the drawbacks are that people buy abroad products must influence sell amount in domestic company. Many company might broke down, just a few company can exist. It is not benefitial to local business progress. And some small factory, which can’t improve their goods so quick will easily to break down. Moreover, fewer people want to establish a new company because of the force of outer products. The local business condition will be worse. In conclusion, there are some benefits and drawbacks about inducing some abroad goods. The government is supposed to control the market proportion of abroad goods, so that protect some local business.
