Each country around the world has its own approach to children's education, and all of them seem to be good, but most of the time, educational systems are suffering from stagnation unwilling to update. Commonly, kids from age of 11 or 13 years old in some European countries go to schools to get more practical skills that later will help them to find a suitable job, others, at the same time, go to schools which may provide them to get more academic knowledge rather than basic ones. This essay will completely focus on issues how schools should prepare future specialists, known as students, for the world of work, by teaching them not only theoretical experience but also practically. A significant part of schools, not only in Europe, have their own view of how to make kids prepared for a future job. While ones are teaching students by giving them only theoretical information, others try to build their educational system in practical aspects. Children are being taught how to cook, mostly girls, or how to fix some problem in a house, for example, so here it finishes most of the time. As a result, willingness to study often decreases. However, some private educational facilities use different forms of teaching, mixing all kinds of approaches to help any children to find the most available way. As we know, all people have their own personality and it can be difficult sometimes to understand which way is better for you, or what for you prone to. So, to deal with it, the schools should have various programs that can help 'the person' find the right way. For instance, not only teach how to use something or how to play musical instruments or draw but also to make kids understand how they might apply these skills in their lives. Thus, the more pieces of knowledge and approaches schools use, the wider part of kids will get a proper education.
