Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the working environment since it has adversely affected my health. As everyone in the office is familiar with my inborn medical condition. These days I am having frequent attacks of asthma in addition to suffering from bronchitis.
Let me explain briefly, since I am having dust allergy and my office partition is just next to the hospital laboratory where acrylic is processed on daily basis for denture making. I firmly believe that is the major reason for exacerbating my health issue.
I request you to kindly shift my office to the corner room owing to the fact that it will help me to overcome the situation and avoid dust as much as possible. My doctor has strictly forbidden me to exposing myself to dust-particles. I would highly appreciate if you consider my situation.
