Being innate intelligence is commonly accepted by some persons whereas other people believe that learning can help to improve our intelligence. Yet, in my opinion, I agree with both views to some extent due to the human nature and nurture concept. Firstly, in light of human nature, all people take advantage of intelligence; however, minimal. In fact, is innate and without intelligence, as a fundamental concept of mankind’s life, neither can we realize ourselves in terms of our feelings, emotions, willingness, and tendencies, nor we will be able to communicate with each other because of struggling with logical analysis of our environment. As an instance, some eight kinds of intelligence such as Interpersonal Intelligence and Logical Intelligence are related to learning about ourselves and our environment respectively. Thus, intelligence not only is innate but also serves as a breeding ground for recognizing the entire world for everybody. On the other hand, intelligence is a potential that can be improved through learning. What is the narrow difference between normal and gifted persons is the various level of their potential requiring instruction to improve. To clarify, without concentrating on Musical, Logical, linguistic, and Interpersonal Intelligence we cannot expect to be a professional musician, world-class mathematician, and old hand lecturer consequently even though we are talented people. Therefore, intelligence is definitely can be affected by human nurture. In conclusion, albeit intelligence is genetically coded in persons, the more we focus on improving it the more we will be provided with our mental abilities’ improvements; however, such as coming over our shortage.
