Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to this letter to complain regarding wrong information about course details.
I came your institute in last Friday because I want to get some information regarding computer course. At that time I met one lady I think she is a receptionist, She gave me a brochure and said follow up this instruction. As well as I already applied the course according to details. But I can not applied. I phoned to your office and they tell you applied wrong course and it already start last week and not enough space to new one. I have not participate any course because I am waiting to became a student in your school.
Like that I can not apply my degree without diploma and it closing date month of December. I planned to this diploma take three month and after complete this one join with degree. But my future plans broken from your wrong information. I think you give considerable answer for my inconvenience and I can get a membership with your instiute.
