Throughout history , male leaders always lead us to violence and conflict.if a society is governed by female leaders it will be more peaceful. Do u agree or disagree?

It has been observed that, male leaders might be the major reason for unsocial and offensive activities. Whereas, people think that female leaders curb this menace. I firmly disagree with the given notion. My position is argued further. Supporting my disagreement with the given statement. The first and foremost point is female leaders have a very sensitive mindset and they can not give appropriate punishment to the criminals. To elaborate, females have emotion and feelings for other individuals therefore, they cannot be able to give capital punishment to the criminal as well as they take it as granted and this leads to the more crime in country. Whereas, male leaders are always make proper guideline fore offenders and give punishment according to the law thus it will reduce crime rate. Explaining some other supporting points against the given view. it is true that gender differences are disappearing nowadays. So there is no need to compare males with the females. Control can be taken over criminal activities with the proper guidelines as well as it depends on proper leader not on gender. However, some people counter claim that, female leaders are very calm and compose compare to male. They think calmly and make decisions according to the situation they are not very hype like male leaders their first priority is country on the other hand, male leaders sometimes think about personal benefits and take extensive grant from criminals and it leads to more corruption and crime. To recapitulate, although nowadays females are very strong and powerful for leader candidate, crime and peaceful environment depends upon appreciate law system and politicians
