Education, plays an important role in each and everyone life. Awards, for acheivement's is good approach, to make the students motivated to do their task better. Various people have different opinion in the process, which we will discuss in later part. Firstly we will discuss about, Prize for best academic results. This is very much important in order to encourage the learner. With this, children tend to get motivated and try to perform their best, in the circulam. For example, If a student is awarded for best performance in one of the sport, then he will try to work hard to retain it. This in turn, excel his talent, in that activity.
