Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dismay and to complain about the rendered services provided by your staff.
Last week, I visited your store on Guildford Street to purchase a laptop. I bought a DELL Inspiron 7530 series. On purchasing, I was assured that this was the latest model and the best in the market.
However, upon returning home I discovered that not only did the touchpad was facing intermittent issues but also there was pixelized screen. I immediately called your customer service department and they assured me that my laptop would be replaced or fixed within three days.
After not returning any type of communication from their end, I visited your store where the employees misbehaved with me stating that there is nothing they can do. Moreover, the manager of the store flatly refused my request to fix the problems and even asked me to buy a new one.
I am really disappointed with both the quality of the product as well as the mediocre service I have received till now. I hope this problem will be resolved promptly. Furthermore, I would like you to replace my laptop or offer me a full refund of the cost.
