Introduction I am Kotadiya Hemangkumar Vijaybhai, an Indian resident, currently living with my family in Khambha (Gir) Village in district Junagadh in the state of Gujarat in India. I am putting forward this application for pursuing the course of MSc Finance and investment (with Sandwich) from Heriot-Watt University, UK. Family Background To begin with, there are 4 members in my family including me. My mother Mrs Shilpaben Vijaybhai Dhanani, is a Housewife. My father, Mr. Vijaybhai Dhirubhai Dhanani, is the cornerstone of our family and works hard to win the bread for our family. He is a great mentor for all of us. He is a farmer. My Education Background I completed my 10th standard from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board in March-2016 with 77. 33% and 12th standard with Commerce stream from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board in March-2018 with 71. 52%. After my schooling, I completed Bachelor of commerce in June-2021 with CGPA 5. 78 out of 10 from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. Detailing about my 5th semester project, I had completed Smart residency System project in Software Development Project. Topic of our project is Smart E-residency System. I had taken active part in it and worked on front end designing and working model. I had also worked as a group leader. As English language proficiency is required, so I had appeared for PTE Academic examination on September 14, 2021. I managed to secure an overall score of 57 (Listening: 55, Reading: 56, Speaking: 52, Writing: 67). Why not Study in India? I had many choices in India to pursue my master course from universities such GLS University, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Parul University, and so on, yet as I have finished my Bachelor in India, I wanted to gain some expertise knowledge that provides work integrated learning that will helpful in my professional life. I plan to return to my home country after gaining International work experience and I will be getting good work opportunities as I will be having an International degree and experience and behind it my utmost reason is always my parents as it will be my responsibility to take care of my parents. Another reason is my work. I believe that after completing this course and gaining some experience, I will be getting good job opportunities and in a span of 4-5years I will be able to recover my cost of education that I will be investing now for my master studies.
