Overcrowding has become one of the major issues in the metropolitan cities. It has caused many complications such as increase in the pollution, overexploitation of amenities and inflation. A part of the population think that shifting big industries to the rural area may help in resolving problems like traffic and housing.
To commence with, lack of facilites can occur due to transfer of employees to remote area. Additionally, overpopulation can cause congestion in the hospitals, schools and markets. For instance, during covid breakout hospitals were not able to provide treatment to patients because of the lack of requirements. Also moving factories to countryside can cause damage to nature. Moreover, developing industries on the rural side can lead to immigration of natural habitat. Above mentioned reasons are not in the favor of shifting.
In contrast, transfering companies can help in reducing the inflation of properties. This can help in the budget friendly estate. For example, people from middle class family can easily afford the flates if the rates are lowered. Furthermore, it can aid in the congestion of people in urban areas. It can also help in resolving problems like reaching to places on time.
To summarize, transfering of companies might be the better option to solve problems like jamming of vehicles and housing. From my opinion, it is not the ideal solution and should look for the alternatives. Corporate officies where there is no need of regular meetings should allow the people to work from home.
