Few companies around the world especially the more renowned one allow their employee to work from home while some of the higher up expect their team to work in the office. These 2 work type have their own positive and negative aspect and In this essay ill explain both of their advantages and disadvantages
Although working from home is more preferable by the new employee because of their flexibility and more relaxing work atmosphere it's without a doubt will cause some conflict among others employees especially the one with more seniority. Despite their disdain, newer employees tend to choose to work from home in contrast where senior employees love to work more in the office. Therefore more employees choose to work from home because of it give them more freedom and less stress than working in the office
Admittedly working in the office can also provide some benefits within employees for example it give employee time to socialize between each other, more work done on time, better teamwork, etc. Unlike working from home where the social interactions is limited. Furthermore working in the office can show that you are committed of doing your task in the eyes of others, as a result more work will done on time and management will be happier with your commitment.
Overall both of the options give employee some benefit and drawback. In the end it all depend on the company policy and their employees to choose which on is better for them. Me personally would love to work home more than the office
