Enviromental issues is the burning problem nationally and globally. Its deterioration has led many destructions in today's world. The efforts to sole these issues is the sole responsibility of a nation rather than global society. On the one hand, there is tremendous activities globally to solve the problem of environmental issues. It is important that the nation cannot know the technique and cannot solve the problems themselves. So, in this regard, technical manpower and inventions support are crucial worldwide. For example, the UN agencies provide technical manpower and instruments to solve the detrimental causes. UN agencies, for instance, provide support to developing nation as to cure the issues related to natural resources. However, on the other important side, it is the effort to tackle the issues nationally. It is the sole responsibility of the state actors to deal the issues of environmental damage. The nation itself can set plans because they know the place of emergencies. And can detect the problematic factories and make the plan to eliminate problems that arise from those factories. National governments, for example, can detect the threats that any industries possess and can rectify the problems associated to it. I personally believe that national government can make plan to make effective rules to solve the industrial issues because the industrial gasses are the elements which causes detrimental effects on surrounding. In addition to this it is effective globally to assist the government of nations with technical human force and instruments to solve environmental damage.
