Number of males leader who create lot of violence as well as a conflicts; however, female candidates participate to run the government, it will help to make the society peacefully. I disagree to the statement due to number of reasons which I will discuss in the upcoming paragraphs. There are manifold causes why women are failed to make peacefully society. First and foremost is lack of knowledge and experience. To be more precise, majority of females participants are kind and soft hearted; they always try to make it decision by hard instead of indicating the other things. For example, they do not have any kind of interest in politics merely 30 women candidate who took part in the Punjab election of 22. As a result, without enthusiasm, it will be impossible for making society calm and peace. There are number of conflicts that are raised under the governance of women such as war; they also create a lot of conflicts and violence among the people. For instance, the prime minister of India namely Indira Gandhi she made many decision against the Sikh religion, with the help of army, she also attacked on golden temple in 1984. To conclude, men has practical thinking as compared to women because in the past time, women also create a lot of conflicts and they cannot make the situation peacefully.
