Nowdays, so many startup's become most succesful history and thier victory. In the corporate most of high level position are taken by men although in so many advance countries, companies has 50% female staff so corporate companies ought to be require to reserved fixed percentage of high level of jobs for women. I am strogly believe that the following day woment empowerment become grow day by day as well as huge amount of ladies are like boss in their feild, also today women are capable to take same position as men take. As we all know that, women not as physically strong as men are but, mens are also not metally strong as women are, that's the difference between those. Women's are not properly focus no their work because some time, women problem and their health issue but it's not her fault, if we think what kind of issue she suffer from although she always come to the work and do her best. As an example, one lady who work as science and research development centre as scientist due to have some girls problem she can not able to complate research at time so that's not mean, she is not applicable for job or promotiong. Personally I believe that every one has their own issue so give them time or chance to do best of them. Moreover, every higher position required their own demands so every candidate has try to fullfil it but some times if any girls candidate try to crack thoes job some useless people attempt to teas her. huge amount of higher position take by men's becuse they have strength and metaly well prepared than women but employer could not the stamina of success women so at the end everyone has same right to do every thing. "Womens are as equal as men". To conclude, most of upper management job taken by men even in weathly countries so many corporation has 50% female staff but no one at higher position so organization must reserv some palce for women to show everyone them ability.
