Throughout history, male leaders have led us into violence and conflict. If a society is governed by female leaders it will be more peaceful. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

For me, it is enormously difficult to talk about gender differences in any type of aspect. Generally, society view toward female and male opportunity, we can divide three main groups: first – who think that men are stronger than women and they are only true leaders in important events, the second group has the same idea but in this case central figure is women and we call them feminists and final, the third group where gathering critical individuals who think that – it is not important which gender will be the leader but it is essential how can she or he manages and leads jobs. Some people from these groups think that from history it is clear that male leaders led us into violence and conflict and now it is a turn for females to live in a peaceful world. There are some details where agree and where disagree with this statement.
We know from history that most leaders were males and this tendency is similar in the modern world. For example, in Georgian history, we had only one female king, King Tamari. She was an extremely clever, strong, and good leader, and this is clear from the description of this period. I agree above view on one point, that women have various ways of managing and it is essential for development to have both gender in parliament, authority, etc. But for the peace we need to check the experiences and characteristics of candidates and only after this make the decision who will be a good leader. Sometimes victory will be for males and sometimes for females.
To sum up, I want to say that a female leader is not a guarantee of peace and it comes from the right choice. In the other words, choosing the right person for the right position and development will be clear.
