These days, the importance of sports is undeniable. Sports provide people with a wide range of benefits: releasing stress, building up muscles, reducing anxiety, etc. There are also a lot of opportunities for those who are enthusiastic about different fields of sports due to the diversity of these activities. In this regard, some people think that team sports are much better than individual ones, yet some think completely contrarily. From my perspective, I reckon that both types have its own advantages and we should have a balance between them.
