From the graph it is celar that more than 60% of complaints come from public and only a tiny fraction for bank employees and media. As it is illustated, for sourse of complaints from out of state, government agencies and insurance companis percentage are nearly same.
And now about average mounthes for to resolve complaints. In 2000 it was about five month, after this year amount of period incresed sligtly and reached six month for 2001 year. We can see that for 2002 year number of monthes return same number – 5 month. During next two years period was same.
