Dear Sir or Madam, With due respect, I am a regular customer of your bus services and take a bus to and from my office on weekdays. I am writing this letter to bring your attention to a critical issue that I and a few travelers are facing, and need your intervention to resolve this. At the onset, let me explain the situation, since a couple of weeks your buses are making recurring delay to arrive at the Nanda Station, Mumbai and this is impacting our travel to workplaces badly. Additionally, a few buses are not coming from the past week, and as a result, we have to wait for the next bus to come or hail a taxi for our offices. Furthermore, sometimes buses arriving at Nanda station are full and have no capacity to take more passengers. As a result, either we have to adjust in the congested bus, standing all the way to our work stations or take a cab. This is making a hole in our pocket as taxi drivers charge more when they notice buses are full and can not entertain more passengers. Finally, I would like to request you to kindly take this matter on a serious note and make the buses to run on time.
