But the important thing is when someone received high standard training, because when someone in developed country had a opportunity get training, they should find their own path and skills development and training in their expertise. Bring training experiences to their developing country, so that they can better absorb progress that has not been standardized in their own country. Less develop countries have been struggling to develop and maintain skilled labor such as construction workers to support their economies. Many countries depend on foreign skilled workers to fill such positions. likewise, workers in medical field can obtain to advance their career, besides that they can dedicate themself in a place where still few professional workers so they can help more people in need. For example, there are many figures in Indonesia who studied or obtain training abroad, especially in developed countries, then brought their knowledge to serve their country. These meritorious figures such as Habibie, Sri Mulyani, Tjokorda Raka Sukawati, Khoirul Anwar, Sedyatmo, and so forth. Their intelligence and genius are recognized by the world, but they still choose to return their own country in order to contribute. Especially during this pandemic, many countries shoul work together hand in hand so that they can restore every aspect in different countries with much-neede professional workforce. Considering many professionals have died fighting Covid-19, they need cross-training and mutual assistance in terms of manpower or expertise, thus they can achieve an equal distribution of professional skills in each different field.
