Accommodation is one of the most important issues in human life. In some countries people prefer to live in their homes instead of rental houses. I will support the view and my reasons will be explained in the following paragraphs.
Let us take a look at the main way of investment. Without doubt, one of them is buying a property also many people hate to relocate and when they are living in a rental property it is possible to happen many times. On the commercial side, in some countries inflation rate is not stable so they can not to predict future and if they want to live in safe condition, they must invest in something that can help them achieve financial growth.
In addition, renovation is not available in some places or some land lords are many strict to the tenants.
To conclude, I strongly agree with the idea that living in own house is more comfortable and actually it is important issue specially for tenants.
