AFTER THE BEANS ARE CLEANED IT IS LEFT UNDER THE SUN FOR A MONTH, IT IS CONSTANTLY RAKED AND TURNED EVERY SINGLE DAY. ONCE THEY ARE FULLY DRIED THEY ARE STORED IN A SILO AND SENT TO THE MILL AND READY TO BE HULLED.
THIS PROCESS IS CALLED HULLING IN WHICH THE BEANS ARE CRASHED AND POUNDED MANUALLY IN A HUGE CONTAINER.
CONSEQUENTLY, AFTER THE COFFEE BEANS ARE PULVERIZED THEY ARE GRADED AND BAGGED ACCORDINGLY. IT CAN BE SOLD RAW AND IN BULK. OR IT CAN ALSO BE ROASTED AND PACKED INDIVIDUALLY FOR THE COMMERCIAL SUPERMARKETS.
