Our visitors have a number of objections about greeting area because of this area has limited space. There have only few chairs and sofa for seating the visitors. So many visitors do not feel comfortable. Another ptoblem is lack of quick service because only two receptionist provides the service. As a result the guests are dissatisfied and feeling ambries for waiting long time.
It is true that the guest is important for the progress of our company. Our company is one of the leading companies in the world. For this reason we have to serve a good service to maintain goodwill. So some parts should be improved. It is essential to enlarge our reception area and add more furniture for visitor to seat on. Moreover, the reception desk needs to be raised. So that guests get fast service with their satisfaction.
