Teachers must be the only speaker or the students?

Without any shadow of doubts high school plays a prominent role in the future of any individual; such valuation emphasizes the importance of method of teaching students. There are two techniques of doing so: teacher is the only speaker, or juniors participate in the class through discussions or experiments. I subscribe to the first one for many reasons, among which higher efficiency of learning and providing more interesting atmosphere of training are the most conspicuous ones to speak of. To begin with, the more students are involved in class activities, the better they learn. Psychologically speaking, when individuals mind is more engaged in an activity, they make use of more capacity of their minds. In the subject of teaching them, although making notes contributes to involvement of their mind, the extent is not comparable with when they start talking or experiencing something. Additionally, having first-hand experiences, like conducting a chemistry experiment, is proved to be a great tool of training. In my experience, when I was at high school, we had some laboratory test in which we mixed some chemical substances, and as a result the bowl came on fire. It has been 13 years since I had that class, but I remember every single detail of that experiment as I witnessed it myself. On the other hand, to be honest, I do not even remember my teacher’s name. According to my experience, when students take part more actively in classes, they learn subject in a superior way as they are more focused. Another reason for the view is that being in discussions in the class make the process of learning more interesting. It is agreed upon that people at high school age are full of energy, and are eager to exhaust the energy. In addition, school takes the vast proportion of their time as they should spend around seven hours in the place, not to mention that the process of learning gets repeated every year. With this in mind it is vitally important to make every endeavor to stimulate learners, or we may face play truancy or drop-outs otherwise. Were teacher is the only speaker in in the class, students would become frustrated as they feel that they are trapped in an endless process which is not interesting at all. To sum up, I strongly believe that teachers should let students talk in the class or make experiments so as to their better learning and making class more intriguing for them. Training is complicated process which demands invovelment of both instructors and educators.
