The population of several nations contains a comparatively more youths as compared to number of aged individuals currently. In my opinion, there are plenty of advantages of this situation as young individuals have more potential to perform any activity which leads to development of country.
First and the foremost reason of having more youths is, a country can be beneficial by youths in several ways. Numerous international sports tournaments were won by youths whether it is Olympics or Cricket world cup. Furthermore, in past five years, whenever any international sports tournaments organised, Indian youth won numerous medals. To extend this, elder individuals are not as beneficial as youths. For instance, youngsters like Neeraj Chopra, Virat Kohli, etcetera made India proud by performing their best in their respective sports.
Additionally, the involvement of youngsters in digital technology sector has increased drastically in last decade. Several engineers study in India and pursue their degrees, whereas some students go to abroad for higher studies. Although they went abroad, they make own country proud. To exemplify, there are many CEOs of various companies who were from India and went for higher studies in western countries. Since older individuals have not such a ability that youngsters have.
However, sometimes older people can be important part of country. There are many aged politicians who are doing better than youngsters in their respective field. Owing to this fact, India now represents its ideas in United Nations very sharply rather than other countries. For instance, elder politicians like Narendra Modi and Nitin Gadkari are doing such a great job that no youngsters can do due to their higher experience than young people.
To summarise it, I opine that young adults are more beneficial than aged people due to their skills and mindset in current era. However, older people may be beneficial sometimes. Owing to this, merits of this situation outweigh the demerits.
