Students may be influenced by many factors that make them panic in the course of the examination. First of all, almost all students are under pressure due to their parent's expectations. Parents usually expect too much from children; therefore, students are fearful of letting their families down if their performance at school is poor. Secondly, lack of preparation also contributes to create exam phobia. Some students are not hard-working for their tests; they do not review the lesson nor practice extra exercises. As a result, they have no confidence, and they may lose control when they are on testing time. Finally, some students give a lot of importance on assignments and set high bar for themselves. For this reason, unless students can accomplish their tests well or can not reach their targets, they will be very disappointed and depressed. In short, all these reasons can cause test anxiety for students; therefore, parents should give more care to their children, especially during the final exam.
