My name is John Smith. I am writing this letter to draw your attention on service which is not good.
Actually, I am living in Nikol area of Ahmedabad city where your car rental company is located. I get to know about your company deail from advertisement which is read from newspaper. Therefore, I visited a car rental office in last month for getting car as a rent for 15 days. I heard about that your services are good as well as car in good condition. After second day I booked a car and when car reached to my house, I checked all the things. But, after two days air conditioner is stopped working. At that time, I immediately called to company and asked for repair. Because of, I need to go outside with family for tour in next week. Today, it has gone a week but still it is not repaired and tomorrow we going to tour. That's why I required to fix it.
I would like to tell you for change rented car or you can repair it immediately.
