The discussion about whether or not higher management has bigger salaries as compared to lower position employee is a very controversial one. While it can be argued that higher position employee has get a go salary it is good thing, another openion is that it is not good think. In this essay I will examine both sides of the argument and provide my overall opinion. Ganarally speaking, there are numerous reason why higher position employees get heigh salaries the first reasons is that they are highly educated and have more practical knowladge of all jobs which are being crried undder the banner of the compony. Moreover, seneior managemant employees play a vital role in a company they take any decission without hazitation. In addition, they also know how how manufactured from scratch and how manage the production as well. For example, a SEO knows well how to operate the company all activities and he also knows how to produce the new product for company. On the other hand, there are some reasons why lower workers do not get more salary the first that they do not have more qualitiful skills evan have not practical knowladge. For example, A computer operator does not have knowladge how to create a software or website but a computer engineer knows well how to create the software or website as well as he maintains easily. In conclusion, I would reiterate my opinion, salary is very vital factor to keep motivate the employees. On the contrary, it should not be based on position only, however, some facilities such as medical health, pension should be given to all irrespective of their position.
