In addition, they also know how how manufactured from scratch and how manage the production as well. For example, a SEO knows well how to operate the company all activities and he also knows how to produce the new product for company. On the other hand, there are some reasons why lower workers do not get more salary the first that they do not have more qualitiful skills evan have not practical knowladge. For example, A computer operator does not have knowladge how to create a software or website but a computer engineer knows well how to create the software or website as well as he maintains easily. In conclusion, I would reiterate my opinion, salary is very vital factor to keep motivate the employees. On the contrary, it should not be based on position only, however, some facilities such as medical health, pension should be given to all irrespective of their position.
