Some people say that you can learn more about another country by watching television program and films about it than by actually visiting it. How true is this statement? Is there anything you can learn more about another country by visiting it that you cannot learn by watching program and films about it? v. 28

The pace of modernization is getting faster and faster. Now TV shows and movies can truly approach the country in every corner of the world. Therefore, some people prefer to watch movies to absorb information, rather than learn skills from synonymous heritage. However, in this materialistic world, there are some things that TV channels will never expose. In my opinion, I can understand why some people think that TV shows and movies are an important source of information for understanding another country. In today's fast-developing world, most countries and regions hope to introduce their various lifestyles and traditions to the world in order to develop tourism and obtain more income from it. Therefore, hundreds of reality shows and documentaries about specific communities or regions are broadcast regularly, hoping to attract the attention of as many international tourists as possible. For example, due to a large number of TV shows, I learned about the carnival that South American countries celebrate every year. However, I believe that no matter how many programs we watch on TV, the various lifestyles and customs of other communities are still unknown to mankind, from the hunting methods of many indigenous tribes living in the Amazon to ancient traditions and unaffected. The landscape of the Altai Mountains in Russia. Due to the uninhabitable environment, these places are not affected by other parts of the earth, which means that ordinary viewers will never be able to understand these remote areas. On the other hand, in these situations, avid travelers can better understand the remote destinations they are about to explore or learn. For example, by visiting a fishing village in Greenland, I can learn about the trapping process of king crabs, the main source of food for the locals that were not broadcast until today.
