I am writing to you regarding the mountains trip that you have arranged this December, according to your promotional materials.
I used to be an athlete five years before, but due to the official workload, I am not participating to in any sorts of sports. Therefore, your programme interests me. In addition, the trip costs very little and also provides the chance to meet new people.
About the trip, my division is planning to attend this trip, once I inform them about my participation. Therefore, I request a scheduled date for a group, for which you can offer us a group discount if you have any policy.
I am planning for a physical check before participation on this walk; therefore, I am wondering whether you have such facilities to check fitness level of participants before admission or not. As some of my colleagues are asking about it.
