That is why employees do not value teamwork and focus on just improving their individual skills. In addition, cooperation cannot be learned at home. Nowadays families become very small, which is due to the family planning enforcement from governments. In Bangladesh, for example, the government is motivating citizens to have only one child; therefore, the chance to learn cooperation from siblings is lost. In contrast, the employers can arrange team sports or meetings outside the workplace. This could assist staff to know each other better and improve their personal relationships, which can contribute to team building. Furthermore, these companies can also sponsor team sports at the local schools, which will enforce children to learn teamwork from early days; therefore, it will assist children to share their skills and how it can benefit a team. In England, for example, local companies sponsor different team sports to teach youngsters the value of teamwork. Consequently, it will help young people to learn cooperation, which can solve employers’ problems, in my view.
