It is unavoidable fact that working world is changing rapidly, it is way ore differ from previous days. However, nowadays people are not found doing same one job throughout their lives. This essay will put emphasis for reasons of this along with possible solutions for future for the same.
Firstly, there are certain distinct causes for this phenomenon such as increased education qualification ratio, personal experience of individuals, and high salary packages. Secondly, highly qualified person nowadays have abundance of opportunity available in market. Because of increasing availability of jobs people became more relax about their jobs and they do not have fear of unemployment in their minds. For example, in current scenario, more people are graduating and making their selves better to work in a competitive market due to which they are not ready to make any compromise in their work which ultimately reduce time-span of one job in person’s life.
However, there are many ways from which humans can make themselves ready to be in changing market of work. To begin with, they can acquire various soft skills like problem solving, trouble shooting, time management and many more. By acquiring these skills one can easily get a job as per your requirement. Moreover, they can get knowledge of multi-disciplinary subjects in order to work in several different field. For instance, during recent COVID-19 pandemic many individuals have to work remotely at their home and this can only be done if person has basic technical and computer skills. Hence, everyone has a need to make themselves updated with current working scenario in order to get desirable jobs.
All in all, work life change is inevitable, and all is need is a learning attitude in order to be in a never changing competitive work market as in today.
