We watched sport video on YouTube. We tried on our own. Sports has advantage and disadvantage. The advantage is, too healthy for human body, it makes me feel good and losing weight. The disadvantage is sometimes we can injury. First advantage is losing weight. These days thanks to corona we gaining a lot of weight. Now, many people going to dietitian and gym. Because we want to lose weight. Other advantage is for a body. According to number of doctor, if you over 35 ages, you should walk for a day 30 minutes This advise show how it is important for human body. For instance my mom walks every day. She likes walking. I think she will be healthy for a forward time. On the other hand, disadvantage is sometimes we can injury. If we beginning in the sports, we should do slowly and we can want watching from the sportsman/ sportswomen. Because sometimes it can be hard. In conclusion, sport is very important for all of us. Of course has both side, good and bad. These are lose weight, healthy for a body and injury. But if we do carefully, sport help us.
