On the one hand, when young and visual mein do work in a company then the success rate of company will go up for the staff firstly in cutting the demand of electronic machinery is very high and older people are not familiar with the technology and they give only importance to hand work but adults can give their biggest contributor for company because they can do extra work and can do meeting with international businessman and make better plan as well as they can give advertisement of their product on social media. On the other hand, the importance of older people cannot be neglected for more profits. Primarily, the experience of older people also can give a benefit to any workplace. To make it clear, when any old person do work in a company then they know that how to deal with others but younger can more aggressive than older people their for older people have valuable skills then they can easily run any business moreover they pass through every part of life and know that which is good or not good time for launch their product. For example the survey was conducted in America in 2015 in this survey 30 claimed that in which workplace older people did more work the success rate of that company's was a higher than others.
