One major change will be the size of the town will increase almost to the double, in 2015 there was no any access to the sea and only footbridge, while in 2030 there will be access to the sea and suspension bridge. Moreover in 2036 will be more facilities and shopping mall in the south of the map, plus two hotels near by the sea and can parking to serve the mall customers. As it canoe seen there will be reconstruct the town hall and build new building near the school. Overall, the city is planned to be more accessible and more comfortable.
