In some countries today, there is an attitude that ‘’anyone can do it’’ in the arts – music, literature, acting, art, etc. As a result, people with no talent become rich and famous and genuine talent is not valued or appreciated. Do you agree or disagree?

These days, in some countries, debates have been provoked concerning a problem that people do not need talents to be prosperous in the field of arts. From my point of view this idea is justifiable and talent is not valued and the hard work can beat talent. Talent makes people un active and rely less on hard work besides it can not provide the person the level of knowledge and experience that the hard work does. Additionally, talent does not bring benefit to society as much as the hard work does also it does not let the person experience gratitude. However, talent development increases productivity and performance as well as talent gives one's life extra dimension for self fulfilment, socialization and communal outgrowth. Making people un active and relying less on hard work is one of the major reasons that makes talent unappreciated. Having a talent makes people sccumb because of proudness while relying on hard work can motivate self-improvement. Moreover, hard work bestows the person with so many rewards like analytical thinking and time management, it contributes to build one's character, too. Such things can not be gained if person relies on his talen. Further more, talent just benefits the person that he owns and maybe some individuals around, yet hard work brings benefits widely to society, it contributes the good of society and it serves others as it can enrich their lives and push them to move forward. Besides that, reaching goals relying on talent does not give the person the same level of happiness and self- confidence in case of relying on hard work. Anyone who has experienced struggles can attest to how great it feels to overcome and success. On the other hand, relying on talen means that one does not have to do much effort because talent can easily be improved by a little work and that would raise productivity and performance to a high rank. More, having talen and relying on mean that the one has much more time to spend on other feilds and also that give the person time that he can serve to work hard on another thing that he does not have a talent in and like that the one can succeed in more than one field if he has a talent. In conclusion, the need to do a little effort to reach a goal and the much free time that the one has when he relies on talent are potential advantages to rely on talent, yet there are more disadvantages to rely on talent from my own perspective are clearly seen. First, sometimes talent makes people rely on it the level that would make people so un active and may lead to succumb it. second, the less experience and knowledge that can be gained in this case. Further reasons ton not relying on talent are no less essential which are the wide benefits to society that hard work can gives but talent does not and the high self-confidence level which comes when the one work hard to get something and succeed in that.
