With the passage of time, the number of people who are willing to shoulder the responsibility of being a teacher is dwindling. in this essay we will discuss the causes behind this problem including low salary, being snowed under lots of workloads, and bad behavior of children and will also suggest the solutions. Firstly, Being a teacher is not always the most favorable job on the planet considering the low salary. As a result, it is not surprising teaching is a final option for people fresh out of high school. Compared with other occupations such as medical doctors, lawyers, and engineers’ teachers are the lowest paid. Government should take measures and increase the salary of the teachers and do not turn a blind eye to the importance of the teachers on the children as well as the society. Secondly, bad behavior is not usually liked among people no matter the age or gender. so it is not surprising that Bad behavior of the children can play the main role of the number of the people who are keen to accept liability of being a teacher. To highlight my point I hear from lots of teachers that the pupils they teach at school hence their grade act in a rude and cheeky way toward them. Parents should take the necessary steps and teach their children that teachers should be respected and cherished. Thirdly, with the number of educators increasing rapidly every day it is doubtless that the workload of the teachers is increasing briskly. teachers should sacrifice some important aspects of their own lives to spare time for the papers which should be corrected or the lessons which must be read in advance. Aside from concern for the mental health and well-being of the teacher themselves, workload presents a problem for the entire education system. Research shows that when teachers don’t have time to plan properly, are too stressed to be their best and as a consequence, the children suffer. Government should appoint some people as assistants so that it results in decreasing the workload and increasing of the quality of the teaching. In conclusion, the people, as well as the government, should not pass over the importance of the teachers to the education system as well as the future and the advancing of the country toward greatness.
