In the given charts, the numbers of hired people in both genders for full-time and part-time jobs in 1988 and 2012 are shown.
Clearly, most of the job position in both periods, firstly, were filled by men, and secondly by women who they work full-time.
In 1988, 53% of careers were filled by men, women who worked part-time in this year formed 22% of work force (the second big group). Full-time female worker at 19%, was the third big group and men working in part-time positions formed the smallest group.
In 2012, what thing that occurred for all groups was a slightly change in their numbers. The professions that were filled by men in full-time position after 6% decrease stayed at 47%. On the other hand, the number of full-time female worker increased to 26%. Alternatively, in 2012, 2% less than women worked in part-time profession in comparison to 1988. Men employment in part-time job experienced a minimum change at just 1% increase.
