people may decide a career path

There is a belief that having a career path in mind since ones were young would be easy to pursue that dream and lead to success faster. Personally, I somewhat agree on this statement. Having a clear goal in early life will help one to plan their own future and their lives more manageable; however, there are some points that should be contemplated. Basically, it depends on how well they understand themselves and what those kinds of careers are. To start with the agreed viewpoints, deciding on a career path will allow ones to have more time to prepare than others. Some types of work may require time to practice. So, those who have a clear career goal, they will have more time to focus on what skills they require to have, how to accumulate experience and make them outstanding from other candidates as well as be the most qualified person that the market will be looking for. I believe that most of the successful people livelihood to have a future career plan in their mind since they were young. However, following a plan would not be the only factor that would make ones satisfied in their working life. Some people might not understand their needs well when they were young. They might change their preferences when they grow up and experience the world. I believe that flexibility is also significant when ones would like to design their future career path. In the end, when they are mature, some conditions or situations may arise which causes them not to follow the plan. Therefore, there should be room to reconsider if there is a change in their favour. To conclude, having a career path since the early stage of life would be effective. At the same time, ones should allow themselves to have rooms for alternative options that might allow themselves to reform their future working plan.
