How the leaders should be ? Why we need leaders?

It's no denying that, nowadays people are looking for leaders and demand on them is great. Besides leaders are must have people in our  world. In this essay I will give strong points about why we need leaders in our life and how leaders should be. First and foremost of all, effective leaders show us the right and effective way, motivate and  at the same time guide us to realize our goals. Additionallly they strength our weak sides also help us to correct our mistakes. Well qualified leaders overcome various obstacles in attaining the goal with the team members. Secondly, turning to the next point on  how leaders should be, I will say that good leader must have strong self-confidence because a person lacking in confidence can never be a good leader. A leader must be confident enough to ensure others follow him. Though it's true that a leader must have confidence in his decisions and actions. Apparently, leaders are constantly being observed by followers and by the people around them. Team members take leaders as a role model. That's why good leaders are those who are aware that they are being observed by the team and set an example for them to follow. To sum up, every part of the society needs leaders that's why they should be a great example to follow and have self-confidence to convince the in doing such important tasks.
