pigment lesions in patients
pigment lesions in patients L26V8
The common pigmentated lesion was pigmented nevus, a common benign skin lesion due to a local proliferation of melanocytes. Pigmented nevi contain nevomelanocytic nevus cells, cells derived from the neural crest, and that share with normal skin melanocytes. Seborrheic keratoses are benign skin lesions that are usually brown, black, or light tan. These lesions appear waxy or scaly and slightly raised. From figure 12, 8 patients presented with this type of pigment lesion, 50% were on palbociclib and 50% on ribociclib; all patients were on LET adjuvant with the CDK 4/6 inhibitor. All patients expect one had medium sunlight damage and the other one had expressed sunlight damage.
