Dear Sir/Mam I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about your poor customer service which i experienced during my last visit in you service store where i came for servicing of my laptop. I am hoping that you would take appropriate action in this regards after receiving this latter. As per my job profile laptop has my essential asset and without that i am unable to complete my task. In last week when i was doing my work and all of sudden laptop getting restart automatically and that was happen every half & hour. Despite of this situation i did not pay much more attention until this problem had become very worst for me. On urgent basis i took the appointment of your service store and reach on schedule appointment time. But it was shocking for me that nobody has attending me until and unless i approach to service engineer. Service engineer examine my laptop and promise me to fix this issue within 2 days. After 2 days i did not get my laptop from service store, although after to many follow up with your service store finally i get my laptop after 15 days and again very shocking for me is that still my problem have been not resolve yet. Honestly this is very frustrating experience which i had receive from your side. I would like to ask you to pay more attention about your customer service action. Also it would really good if you could send your service engineer at my door step on high priority basis so that my routine stuff not get stuck. Your Faithfully Jayraj Ghadge
