Dear Mr Ahmadi, Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to ask my transition to the company's head office in Denmark for six months.
I am Nooshin Karimi and since 2015 year I have been working as the financial consultant in your company. My mother lives in Denmark and recently she is sick. Her sickness is extremely serious, so that she needs to look after. Since I am only her child, thus I have to care her for six months.
Although, I will away from Germany but I could be done all of my duties from far. Everyday, I will be present in the head office and will do my works. Also, in the end of every week, I will send my reports to you.
Finally, according to my special condition, if it is possible for you, please agreed with my request.
