Dear Betty, How are you? It's been long since we last spoke and I hope you have been well. I am excited to write to you about my 2022 Christmas Holiday which I took in my village Fortportal west of Uganda. We left early morning on 24th of December at about 6am and it took us approximately 4 hours to reach Fortportal. The weather was pleasant and the entire family was excited for the journey. Sadly my husband Sam couldn't come along because he had pending work so it was just me and the children Isabella, Katlyn and Ethan. We stopped for snacks on the way mainly roasted chicken and a few bottles of water. We got to Fortportal around 11am and we were greeted by the cold weather and my favorite Uncle John. We had a pleasant time in the village touring different tourist sites like the crater lakes, the King's palace not to mention a hands-on experience with the farm animals. Overall it was a fantastic time spent with the family. I hope to hear from you soon and any adventures you might have had over the holidays. My love to your family. Stay blessed.
