To begin with, once you reached us about your complaint, we asked for the pictures of the frame that you bought. After that, we shared the necessary pieces of information that what kind of area you should look into the artwork. However, you were inspecting the artwork in a very dark place and that is why it looked dark to you. You had received what we advertise on our website. In addition, the piece that you had is one of our best sellers, and never received that kind of feedback before, to be honest.
Nevertheless, we did not force you to keep the item and shared the return address with the email in that we shared the all necessary information.
With all due respect, we answered your emails punctually, and also we can share our response time with you via email.
To clarify, the refund process took 2 weeks because you did not send the item back to us. At first, you were not willing to send it back to us and then you changed your mind. Even though your returned product was lost by UPS, we tried to find the piece that you return via UPS and put effort into it just because we want to refund your money.
On the other hand, that was your second purchase and you never had a complaint about your first order.
All in all, thanks to you and our efforts we refunded all your money.
