People spend a major time of their life at work. What are the elements of individual wellbeing

People spend a major time of their life at work. What are the elements of individual wellbeing YqB
The majority of adults spend a great portion of their time at their job, hence the importance of having a sense of fulfillment at work. While there are various factors that take place in providing job satisfaction, it would be unrealistic to expect all employees to be happy. One fundamental factor to find satisfaction at work would be having longer breaks in the afternoon. Usually workers would start their day at work feeling excited, focused and energized but slowly that will decline after a couple of hours when they begin to feel forced to do their job, in order to avoid burnout it is best to give employees a long break to recharge and relax. A study that compared two groups of workers that share the same job, one had a 45 minute break and the other had only 20 minutes of free time, stated that the first group was 80% much more satisfied with their job. With regards to the question of happiness to all workers, I think this is highly unlikely. Firstly, Every job has a downside that verily affects workers. Secondly, most people choose their careers based on the advantages they will acquire from specific jobs, disregarding the disadvantages that can lead them to being unhappy with what they do. For example, a study stated that being a pilot is one of the most wanted jobs although 75% of pilots are unsatisfied due to the physical and mental strain that come along the job. In conclusion, It is quite crucial for worker's well being to be satisfied at work, having an intermission at work long enough for workers to regain their energy and focus will assure satisfaction. However, happiness of all workers is an unrealistic idea.
